通过溶胶一凝胶法制备了稀土金属离子Y3+掺杂的TiO2光催化剂.用XRD进行了分析和表征.以紫外灯为光源,通过对结晶紫的降解反应,研究了掺杂稀土离子钇的TiO2催化活性.结果表明,Y3+的掺杂减小了TiO2的粒径,提高了TiO2的光催化活性,反应体系在Y3+掺杂量为1.2%,催化剂用量1.55/L,经500℃煅烧的条件下制备的Y3+-TiO2催化下效果最好.降解浓度4.0mg/L结晶紫2小时后,降解率可达90%.

In this thesis, the TiO2 and the TiO2 doped with Y3+ions were prepared with the sol-gel hydrolytic method. The catalysts were characterized by means of X- ray diffraction (XRD). On this basis, the ac-tivity of the prepared photocatalysis was investigated by degradation reaction of crystal violet radiated with ultraviolet lamp. The results showed that the optimal conditions for Y3+ -TiO2 preparation were as fol-lows: the doping content was 1.2% and the catalyst was 1.5g/l, with 500℃ calcination temperature. The catalytic decomposition rate of crystal violet with 4.0 mg/1 initial concentration was up to 90% after 2 hours by the Y3+ -TiO2 catalyst.
