结合双安全钳作用特点,以多跨度细长杆模型为基础,建立并求解了电梯导轨在复杂受力状态下的弯矩方程和挠曲线方程.计算对比了双安全钳和单安全钳作用时导轨弯曲变形与临界力的影响,最后通过试验验证了建模的正确性.研究结果表明双安全钳可以有效降低导轨的最大变形和最大应力,提升电梯安全性.
結閤雙安全鉗作用特點,以多跨度細長桿模型為基礎,建立併求解瞭電梯導軌在複雜受力狀態下的彎矩方程和撓麯線方程.計算對比瞭雙安全鉗和單安全鉗作用時導軌彎麯變形與臨界力的影響,最後通過試驗驗證瞭建模的正確性.研究結果錶明雙安全鉗可以有效降低導軌的最大變形和最大應力,提升電梯安全性.

Based on the model of multi-span slender rod,the moment equations and deftection equations of elevator rail with duplex safety gear were established and resolved in a complex state of stress.The deformation and buckling force of elevator rail with both duplex and single safety gear were calculated respectively.Finally the credibility of model was demonstrated by tests.In comparison with single safety gear,the research shows that duplex safety gear could effectively decrease the maximum deformation and maximum stress,thus the safety level of elevator is improved.
