利用气相色谱-氦离子化快速检测方法,研究了一台多点电喷汽油机分别燃用乙醇汽油混合燃料(乙醇的体积分数分别为0%、10%、20%和85%,记为E0、E10、E20和E85)时的非常规醇醛排放特性及其催化转化特性.研究结果表明:与汽油机相比,E10和E20混合燃料发动机的甲醛、乙醛和乙醇排放随乙醇掺混比的增加而增加,而E85混合燃料发动机的甲醛、乙醛排放增幅略小,约为E0发动机的1.6倍和2.4倍,乙醇排放却大幅增加,约为E10混合燃料发动机的35倍;随负荷的增加,乙醛排放整体呈增加的趋势,E10和E20混合燃料发动机的乙醇排放降低,而E85混合燃料发动机的乙醇排放却增加;普通的三效催化器对乙醛、乙醇排放的转化效率均在75%以上,但对甲醛的转化效果不佳,对E20和E85混合燃料发动机甲醛排放的转化效率低于30%.
利用氣相色譜-氦離子化快速檢測方法,研究瞭一檯多點電噴汽油機分彆燃用乙醇汽油混閤燃料(乙醇的體積分數分彆為0%、10%、20%和85%,記為E0、E10、E20和E85)時的非常規醇醛排放特性及其催化轉化特性.研究結果錶明:與汽油機相比,E10和E20混閤燃料髮動機的甲醛、乙醛和乙醇排放隨乙醇摻混比的增加而增加,而E85混閤燃料髮動機的甲醛、乙醛排放增幅略小,約為E0髮動機的1.6倍和2.4倍,乙醇排放卻大幅增加,約為E10混閤燃料髮動機的35倍;隨負荷的增加,乙醛排放整體呈增加的趨勢,E10和E20混閤燃料髮動機的乙醇排放降低,而E85混閤燃料髮動機的乙醇排放卻增加;普通的三效催化器對乙醛、乙醇排放的轉化效率均在75%以上,但對甲醛的轉化效果不佳,對E20和E85混閤燃料髮動機甲醛排放的轉化效率低于30%.

Four typical ethanol-gasoline blends,EO,EIO,E20 and E85,containing 0%,10 %,20%and 85%of ethanol in volume respectively were prepared to investigate the effects of ethanol/gasoline blends(gasohol)on engine unregulated emissions.A multiple-point injection gasoline engine was applied in the experiment and the unregulated emissions were detected by a gas chromatography with a pulsed discharge helium ionization detector.The performance of a three way catalytic converter(TWC)was examined.The experimental results show that the emissions of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and ethanol increased with the increase of ethanol ratio in E10 and E20.The emission of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde from the engine with E85 increased slightly,about 1.6 and 2.4 times as large as that with E0,respectively,while the emission of ethanol was about 35 times as large as that with EIO.The emission of acetaldehyde increased with theload,and the ethanol emission from the engine with E10 or E20 decreased but that with E85 in creased slightly with the increase in the load.The conversion efficiency of aldehyde and ethanol emissions with TWC was above 75%while the conversion efficiency of formaldehyde emission from the engine with E20 or E85 was less than 30%.
