目的观察C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕下三角对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的影响.方法将131例VBI患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例采用C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕下三角、刺激风池穴治疗,对照组63例采用静脉滴注葛根素注射液治疗.观察治疗前后临床症状及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度的变化.结果治疗组总有效率为89.71%、对照组为85.71%.治疗组治疗后椎-基底动脉平均血流速度明显增加(P＜0.01).结论 C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕后三角治疗VBI有效.
목적 관찰C형비X선궤하침도송해침하삼각대추-기저동맥공혈불족(VBI)적영향.방법 장131례VBI환자수궤분위량조,치료조68례채용C형비X선궤하침도송해침하삼각、자격풍지혈치료,대조조63례채용정맥적주갈근소주사액치료.관찰치료전후림상증상급경로다보륵초성(TCD)검측좌추동맥、우추동맥、기저동맥평균혈류속도적변화.결과 치료조총유효솔위89.71%、대조조위85.71%.치료조치료후추-기저동맥평균혈류속도명현증가(P＜0.01).결론 C형비X선궤하침도송해침후삼각치료VBI유효.
Objective To evaluate clinical curative effect of debonding debridement trigonum submentale with needle-knife on vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). Methods 131 cases of VBI sufferers were randomly recruited into a control group (63 cases) and a treatment group (68 cases). The treatment group was treated by debonding debridement trigonum submentale with needle-knife; while the control group was treated with puerarin intravenous injection. Observed the changes of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment and examine changes of average of blood flowing speed in left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery, and basilar artery by TCD. Results The total effective rate was 89.71% and 85.71% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. Blood flowing speed of the left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery,and basilar artery average showed remarkable change (P＜0.01) after the treatment in the treatment group,, whose effects were better than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Debonding debridement trigonum submentale with needle-knife has remarkable curative effects on VBI.
