　　文化翻译观认为，翻译是一种跨文化交际的行为，特别强调文化在翻译中的地位和翻译对于文化的意义影响，并把翻译看作宏观的文化转换。口译作为一种即时性的口头翻译行为，它的过程自然也与文化因子不可分离，也可以看作是一种口头的文化转换。主要以温家宝在2011年出席英国皇家学会的演讲为例，从文化翻译观的角度，讨论译者如何合理利用文化因子，成功地将“未来中国的走向”通过口译的过程展现给了西方世界。

Cultural translation theory holds that translation is a cross-cultural communication, indicating the importance of culture in the translation field and the influence of translation to cultural significance .It recognizes translation as a macro culture substitution.Interpretation, which can be considered as an oral culture substitution , is an instant oral activity of translation , and its process cannot be separated from cultural factors .In the case of speech for the Royal Society by WEN Jia-bao, from the perspective of cultural translation , this article aims at discussing how the interpreter managed to take the cultural factors into account and show “the Path to China’ s future” to the western world.
