以1700板坯中间包为研究对象,应用FLUENT软件计算了中间包的温度场.结果表明:原型中间包内钢液温度分布不合理,两个水口出口温度不一致,且温降较大.优化后中间包内钢液温度分布更加合理,尤其是坝体高度555 mm,并设导流孔的方案3为最优方案,此时中间包内钢液最低温度为1820.6 K,最大温差为5 K左右,进出口温差为1.9 K.
以1700闆坯中間包為研究對象,應用FLUENT軟件計算瞭中間包的溫度場.結果錶明:原型中間包內鋼液溫度分佈不閤理,兩箇水口齣口溫度不一緻,且溫降較大.優化後中間包內鋼液溫度分佈更加閤理,尤其是壩體高度555 mm,併設導流孔的方案3為最優方案,此時中間包內鋼液最低溫度為1820.6 K,最大溫差為5 K左右,進齣口溫差為1.9 K.
이1700판배중간포위연구대상,응용FLUENT연건계산료중간포적온도장.결과표명:원형중간포내강액온도분포불합리,량개수구출구온도불일치,차온강교대.우화후중간포내강액온도분포경가합리,우기시패체고도555 mm,병설도류공적방안3위최우방안,차시중간포내강액최저온도위1820.6 K,최대온차위5 K좌우,진출구온차위1.9 K.
The temperature field distribution in a tundish applied to 1700 cast slab was simulated by Fluent Software.The result shows that the distribution of molten steel temperature field in original tundish is unreasonable.It suggests that the temperature of effluent from one gap was different from the other,and the different value between the temperature of effluent and influent was quite large.The temperature field distributions of molten steel in the optimizing tunish were reasonable.When the dam in tunish was 555 mm high and there were weep hole on the dam,the lowest temperature of molten steel was 1820.6K.In the optimizing tunish,the difference value of the molten steel temperature in tunish was about 5K,and the difference value between effluent and influent was 1.9K.
