利用大青杨枝条进行扦插育苗试验,并采用Logistic曲线对大青杨苗期生长进程进行拟合,结果表明:大青杨扦插繁殖,生根率可达92%;Logistic拟合效果较好,整个生长过程具有明显的阶段性,可划分为生长前期、速生期和生长后期,速生期累积生长为58.1%.速生期是大青杨苗木生长的关键时期,应加强水肥管理.

The cuttage trail of Populus ussuriensis by branches was conducted in Senyuan nursery of Jilin City, Jilin Province, and the seedling growth process of P. ussuriensis was fitted with the logistic curve. The result indicates that the rooting rate of cuttings reaches 92%. The logistic fitting had a good result and the whole growth process has obvious gradualness. The growth process can be divided into the early growth stage, fast-growing stage and the later growth stage. The accumulated growth amount of P. ussuriensis seedlings was 89.5 cm in fast growing stage, which accounts for 58.1% of annual growth amount. The fast-growing stage is the critical period for P. ussuriensis seedling growth; thus, watering, fertilizer application, and weeding management should be strengthened.
