[目的]探讨腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值与手术操作技巧.[方法]选择本院1998年10月至2008年10月实施的腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术322例进行回顾性分析.[结果]322例患者中320例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,手术成功率99.4%,并发症少.[结论]腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术是安全可行的,不失为一种较为理想的治疗子宫良性病变的手术方式.

[Objective]To explore the clinic significance and operative skills of classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy. [Methods]All 322 patients treated by classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed between October 1998 and October 2008.[Results]Three hundred and twenty of 322 cases were performed successfully under laparoscopy with less complication, and the rate of success was 99.4%.[Conclusion] Classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy is safe and feasible, so it is an ideal way to treat benign uterine diseases.
