以植物与光的关系为出发点,结合常用人工补光灯,在充分利用自然光的基础上从人工补光光源、补光强度、补光时间和补光量等方面,探讨了日光温室和组培室在现代农业的生物技术育种和反季节栽培,以及组培快繁时克服弱光寡照障碍的技术措施.

Starting from the relationship of plant and light, under fully utilizing of natural light and combining artificial light, the technical measures of overcoming the weak sunlight and little sunlight barriers in modern agriculture biological breeding,counter-season cultivation and plant tissue culture in sunlight greenhouse and tissue culture room were discussed from the aspects of artificial light supplement source , intensity, time and quantity.
