[目的]选育适合长江下游种植的早熟双低油菜新品种.[方法]以皖油14为对照,利用甘蓝型细胞质雄性不育系5C650与恢复系R160配组,筛选出最佳组合.[结果]选育的组合天禾油11,表现早熟、强优势、适应性广、高产稳产,芥酸含量0.1%,硫甙含量21.11 μmol/g(饼),含油量42.77%.2007~2009年长江下游国家油菜区域试验及2009年长江下游生产试验产量分别为2 697 和2 845 kg/hm~2,分别比对照秦优7号增产11.84%和12.60%.2007~2009年熟期平均比对照秦优7号早3 d,是2007~2009年度长江下游2年区域试验平均熟期最早的品种.[结论] 早熟双低油菜新品种天禾油11适合在长江下游种植.

[Objective] The study aimed to breed the rapeseed (B.napus L.)variety with early maturity and double-low qulity that suitable for the region of lower Yangtze river.[Method]With the Qingyou No.14 as CK,the new variety of Tianheyou No.11 (B. napus L.) was bred by crossing sterile line 5C650 with restorer line R160.[Result] The variety showed great hybridization superiority,with high-yield, stable yield,early maturity and extensive adaptability. Tianheyou No.11 was a good quality variety with oil content of 42.77%,low erucic content(0.1%) and low glucosinolate content(21.11 μmol/g). Tianheyou No.11 with 3 days earlier than control variety Qinyou No.7 gave average yield of 2 697 kg/hm~2, and 2 845 kg/hm~2,which out-yielded the control variety Qinyou No.7 by 11.84% and 12.60% respectively in national rapeseed regional test during 2007-2009 and national production test in 2009. [Conclusion] Tianheyou No.11 with early maturity and double-low quality was suitable for the region of lower Yangtze river.
