目的 比较野山参、林下参、园参和西洋参中机体必需元素种类、含量的差别,并探讨其与功效的关系.方法 用ICP-AES、ICP-MS法测定样品中机体必需元素种类、含量,并对所测结果 进行统计学分析.结果 四种样品均含有Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Se等十二种机体必需元素,但同种必需元素在四样品中的含量各不相同,K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cr、Sr、Na、Se在野山参中含量显著高于其他三者(P<0.01).Cu含量在野山参和园参中差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于西洋参和林下参(P<0.01);Mn含量林下参显著高于其他三者(P<0.01).结论 四味中药中机体必需元素含量差异很大,野山参中机体必需元素总量最高,可能与其高功效性相关.

목적 비교야산삼、림하삼、완삼화서양삼중궤체필수원소충류、함량적차별,병탐토기여공효적관계.방법 용ICP-AES、ICP-MS법측정양품중궤체필수원소충류、함량,병대소측결과 진행통계학분석.결과 사충양품균함유Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Se등십이충궤체필수원소,단동충필수원소재사양품중적함량각불상동,K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cr、Sr、Na、Se재야산삼중함량현저고우기타삼자(P<0.01).Cu함량재야산삼화완삼중차이불현저(P>0.05),단현저고우서양삼화림하삼(P<0.01);Mn함량림하삼현저고우기타삼자(P<0.01).결론 사미중약중궤체필수원소함량차이흔대,야산삼중궤체필수원소총량최고,가능여기고공효성상관.
Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the illustration of the mechanism of their biological effects, types and contents of the essential elements of four samples and analyze their relationships with effects.Methods (1)The types and contents of essential elements were tested by ICP-AES, ICP-MS.(2)The results were measured by mean comparison and statistical analysis. Results Four samples all contained twelve essential elements such as Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Se and so on, but the contents of the same element were different in four samples.The contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cr, Sr, Na, Se in wild Panax ginseng were higher than those of the other groups (P<0.01).The content of Cu had no difference between wild Panax ginseng and garden Panax ginseng(P>0.05)but was obviously higher than that of Panax quinquefolius and forest Panax ginseng(P<0.01).The content of Mn in forest Panax ginseng was notably higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The essential elements contents of four Chinese herbal medicines vary greatly,wild Panax ginseng total essential elements in the highest volume of the body may be associated with its high efficiency.
