The harm of flood and waterlogging disaster to growth and development of rice and the factors of influencing the harm are summarized. The fighting and reduction of disaster by cultivation measures are discussed. The measures include suitably arranging cultivation season,planting waterlogging tolerant varieties, improving waterlogging tolerant cultivation and taking remedy after disaster.
