The tracking system helps improve the safety of organic citrus. When the organic citrus production and processing half-way operation or the final product go against the guidelines, the irregularities of the reasons can be searched for at the fastest speed in the shortest possible time. It can recall the amount of cargo down to the smallest and reduce losses. In this paper, the need to set up the tracking system and how to set up the quality and safety of organic citrus tracking system are discussed.
