介绍了一种新型的非接触式电容角度传感器,通过电容式信号转换集成电路CAV424和电压/电流转换接口电路AM402,电容角度传感器的角度变换量可以转换为4~20mA标准的工业电流输出.该系统结构简单,能有效的降低干扰和减少测量误差.用曲线拟合法对实验数据进行分析,结果表明:在0°~90°的角度范围内,电流输出与角度变化呈良好的线性关系,灵敏度可达0.18mA/(°).

A new-style non-contact capacitive sensor for measuring angle is introduced.Through capacitance signal conversion integrated circuit CAV424 and voltage-current conversion interface circuit AM402,the angle variety of capacitive sensor can be converted into 4~20 mA standard industrial current output.The system has simple structure and anti-interference ability,can decrease measurement error.Curve fitting is used to analyze the experimental data,the results show that high linearity direct current is obtained with angle of 0°~90°,and the sensitivity is 0.18mA/(°).
