采用磁场定向与前馈补偿对数控机床进行进给控制.以 TMS320F2812DSP 控制器、IPM功率模块、TS5667N120 17位绝对式编码器为主要功能部件,设计出一款高精高速伺服驱动器,利用LabView 8.0软件设计出虚拟示波器,并进行实验记录.所设计的伺服驱动控制器在加工中心上进行机械加工测试,得到了微米级加工精度的良好结果.

According to CNC Machine Tool feeding control, this report designs a PMSM servo drive controller by the FOC control and feedforward compensation control, using the TMS320F2812DSP controller, IPM and TS5667N120 17-bit absolute encoder as the main functional units. The report also designs a virtual oscilloscope by the LabVIEW 8.0 to record the experimental data. The servo drive controller designed here has been tested by mechanical machining on the CNC Machining Center, achieving the result of micro machining accuracy.
