城市地下空间的环境是封闭性空间.通常情况下,除有窗的半地下室外,大多数地下空间只能通过少量出入口与外部空间取得联系,给建筑防火排烟和消防疏散造成许多困难.地下空间建筑都存在着复杂的火灾源头、可燃物及有氧燃烧隐患,火灾发生的可能性总是存在的.从城市地下空间的消防和防火现状入手,在城市地下空间项目防火总体目标确定的基础上,对城市地下空间防火性能化评估标准进行了分析和筛选,从而确立可量化的性能化消防设计标准.

The environment of urban underground space is a closed space. Normally, except half an underground space with a window, most underground space can only link the outer space through a small number of entrances, which causes many difficulties for smoke ventilation and fire evacuation. There are, the complex source of fire and the risk of oxygenic fire of inflammable materials in the underground space buildings and the potentiality of fire always exists. In the light of the fire prevention and the status quo of fire protection of the urban underground space, this article analyzes and selects the performance-based evaluation standards in the urban underground space on the basis of the establishment of the overall goal of fire prevention for the urban underground space project so as to choose the quantifiable performance-based fire prevention design.
