目的 探讨急性大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(AACI)患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)以及与血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(ox-LDL)的关系.方法 选择89例AACI患者与70例正常对照组进行颈动脉超声检查,检测颈动脉内中膜厚度,同时行血清ox-LDL检测.结果 颈动脉内中膜厚度及ox-LDL与AACI具有显著相关性;急性大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血清ox-LDL浓度高于对照组(P<0.05);颈动脉内中膜增厚组和动脉斑块组高于内膜正常组(P<0.05);颈动脉斑块组高于颈动脉内中膜增厚组(P<0.05).结论 Ox-LDL在急性脑梗死(ACI)的发病过程中起重要作用,检测患者血清ox-LDL的浓度有助于了解这种状态和推测疾病的严重程度.

목적 탐토급성대동맥죽양경화성뇌경사(AACI)환자경동맥내중막후도(IMT)이급여혈청양화형저밀도지단백담고순(ox-LDL)적관계.방법 선택89례AACI환자여70례정상대조조진행경동맥초성검사,검측경동맥내중막후도,동시행혈청ox-LDL검측.결과 경동맥내중막후도급ox-LDL여AACI구유현저상관성;급성대동맥죽양경화성뇌경사환자혈청ox-LDL농도고우대조조(P<0.05);경동맥내중막증후조화동맥반괴조고우내막정상조(P<0.05);경동맥반괴조고우경동맥내중막증후조(P<0.05).결론 Ox-LDL재급성뇌경사(ACI)적발병과정중기중요작용,검측환자혈청ox-LDL적농도유조우료해저충상태화추측질병적엄중정도.
Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) in patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(AACI).Methods The carotid IMT were measured by ultrasound and the serum ox-LDL levels were detected in 89 patients with AACI and 70 healthy control subjects.Results There were significant correlation of carotid IMT and serum ox-LDL with AACI,the serum levels of ox-LDL in patients with AACI were higher than those in the healthy control subjects ( P < 0.05 ),the serum levels of ox-LDL in patients with increased carotid intima-media thickness and atherosclerotic plaque were higher than those in normal carotid intima-media thickness subjects ( P < 0.05 ),the serum levels of ox-LDL in patients with atherosclerotic plaque were higher than those in increased carotid intima-media thickness (P < O.05 ).Conclusions Ox-LDL may play an important role in the development of acute cerebral infarction (ACI).The concentration of the serum ox-LDL is helpful to estimate the degree of ACI.
