目的:探讨淋巴管内皮细胞透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)在发育小鼠肾内的表达.方法:胚胎期第13～18天(E13～18)的胎鼠和出生后第4、 14和21天(P4～21)及成年小鼠的肾,行LYVE-1免疫组织化学显色.结果:LYVE-1免疫阳性淋巴管丛最早在胚胎期第14天的小鼠肾检测到,主要位于肾皮质的动脉周围.在胚胎期第15天的肾小球中最早检测到LYVE-1免疫阳性细胞,但LYVE-1免疫阳性细胞在肾小球中的数量和位置不定.结论:LYVE-1免疫阳性细胞主要位于肾动脉周围淋巴管,在肾小球中也有LYVE-1表达.
目的:探討淋巴管內皮細胞透明質痠受體-1(LYVE-1)在髮育小鼠腎內的錶達.方法:胚胎期第13～18天(E13～18)的胎鼠和齣生後第4、 14和21天(P4～21)及成年小鼠的腎,行LYVE-1免疫組織化學顯色.結果:LYVE-1免疫暘性淋巴管叢最早在胚胎期第14天的小鼠腎檢測到,主要位于腎皮質的動脈週圍.在胚胎期第15天的腎小毬中最早檢測到LYVE-1免疫暘性細胞,但LYVE-1免疫暘性細胞在腎小毬中的數量和位置不定.結論:LYVE-1免疫暘性細胞主要位于腎動脈週圍淋巴管,在腎小毬中也有LYVE-1錶達.

Objective: To investigate the expression of lymphatic endothelium specific hyaluronan receptor-1 (LYVE-1) in developing mouse kidney. Methods: The mouse kidneys from embryonic day 13 (E13) to E18, from postnatal day 4 (P4) to P21 and from adults were sectioned, and then LYVE-1 expression was immunostained. Results: LYVE-1~+ lymphatic plexus was first detected in the mouse kidneys at E14 stage. From E14 onward, LYVE-1~+ lymphatic vessels were distributed along the arteries in the cortex. LYVE-1~+ cells first appeared in the glomerulars at E15 but the number and location was uncertain. Conclusion: LYVE-1~+ lymphatic vessels are distributed along the arteries and LYVE-1~+cells could be detected in the glomerulus.
