利用水热法制备钛酸钠(Na_2Ti_3O_7)纳米线, 并研究了该材料制作湿敏传感器的特性. 结果表明: 该传感器的特性较好, 响应和恢复时间分别为5 s和6 s;当工作频率为20 Hz, 相对湿度在11%~95%变化时, 该传感器的电阻变化为5个数量级, 且电阻与相对湿度变化间的线性关系较好.
利用水熱法製備鈦痠鈉(Na_2Ti_3O_7)納米線, 併研究瞭該材料製作濕敏傳感器的特性. 結果錶明: 該傳感器的特性較好, 響應和恢複時間分彆為5 s和6 s;噹工作頻率為20 Hz, 相對濕度在11%~95%變化時, 該傳感器的電阻變化為5箇數量級, 且電阻與相對濕度變化間的線性關繫較好.

Sodium titanate (Na_2Ti_3O_7) nanowires were synthesized via a simple hydrothermal method.The properties of the humidity sensor based on sodium titanate nanowires were characterized.Both the response time and the recovery time are short, around 5 s and 6 s, respectively.A great change of the impedance (about five orders of magnitude) was observed at 20 Hz when the relative humidity (RH) varied from 11% to 95%.The curve of impedance vs RH at 20 Hz shows a good linearity.
