The article is based on introduction of the groundwater＇s hydrological condition and environment geology issues in Longdong energy base and puts forward the rational utilization way and local protection measures of groundwater resources.It points out that we must insist on the basic principles of emphasis on both groundwater resources exploitation and environment protection,which is local conditions,rational development,focusing on prevention,protection of priority and develops practical geology groundwater utilization of phased targets to achieve the sustainable development of the regional economy.
