目的 探讨认知行为干预对心肌梗死患者心绞痛发作及负性情绪的影响.方法 将60例心肌梗死患者分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强认知行为干预,比较两组患者心绞痛的发作及负性情绪的变化.结果 观察组护理后心绞痛的发作情况(AF)和心绞痛的稳定状态(AS)显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组护理后负性心理的改善情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 认知行为干预有助于缓解心肌梗死患者的不良心理,提高其应对技巧,改善生活质量.

목적 탐토인지행위간예대심기경사환자심교통발작급부성정서적영향.방법 장60례심기경사환자분위관찰조화대조조각30례,대조조채용상규호리,관찰조재대조조적기출상가강인지행위간예,비교량조환자심교통적발작급부성정서적변화.결과 관찰조호리후심교통적발작정황(AF)화심교통적은정상태(AS)현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조호리후부성심리적개선정황현저우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 인지행위간예유조우완해심기경사환자적불양심리,제고기응대기교,개선생활질량.
Objective To explore the impact of cognitive behavioral intervention on angina pectoris and negative emotional for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 60 cases of myocardial infarction patients were divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given conventional nursing,and observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of control group.Two groups were compared with angina attack and negative emotion.Results Angina pectoris attack (AF),angina pectoris in steady state (AS) in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).The improvement of negative emotion in observation group was significantly better than that in control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention is help to ease in coronary heart disease patients with adverse psychological,enhance their coping skills,improve the quality of life.
