目的：研究丹贝及大豆异黄酮提取物对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用和对免疫功能的影响。方法：观察受试物对BALB/C小鼠移植肉瘤(S-180)的作用和对单核巨噬细胞功能的影响，检测小鼠胸腺、脾指数的变化。结果：11.42g·kg-1的丹贝异黄酮提取物能抑制S180生长，此剂量及5.71 g·kg-1的剂量能抑制胸腺指数下降，提高单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论：丹贝异黄酮提取物可望成为具有抑制肿瘤作用的保健食品。
목적：연구단패급대두이황동제취물대소서이식성종류적억제작용화대면역공능적영향。방법：관찰수시물대BALB/C소서이식육류(S-180)적작용화대단핵거서세포공능적영향，검측소서흉선、비지수적변화。결과：11.42g·kg-1적단패이황동제취물능억제S180생장，차제량급5.71 g·kg-1적제량능억제흉선지수하강，제고단핵거서세포탄서공능。결론：단패이황동제취물가망성위구유억제종류작용적보건식품。
Objective To observe the effects of tempe and soybean isoflavone extract on an titumor and immunoreaction.Methods The effects on tumor weight, thymus and spleen index and macrophage activities were examined of mice carried S180. Results Tempe isoflavone extract(11.42g·kg-1) can inhibite the growth oftumour (S-180) of BALB/C mice carried.Tempe isoflavone extract 11.42 g,5.71 g· kg-1 can inhibite the drop of thymus index and improve the activities of macrophage of mononuclear phagocyte in mice carried S-180. Conclusion Tempe isoflavone extract will become a functional food with antitumor activity.
