应用石油分散体系理论,研究了加入适量稀释剂和3种不同HLB值复合表面活性剂的大庆蜡油掺26%辽河渣油试样的凝点、折射率、电导率变化情况。结果表明:稀释剂和1#~3#表面活性剂有活化作用。当试样加入1%稀释剂和1‰的3#表面活性剂时,试样的凝点、折射率、电导率最小,即体系处于最佳活化状态。以上述试样作为催化裂化的原料,在反应温度500℃,进料量为13.5~14.5g,剂油比为6,空速为20h-1,在常压的条件下,用改造后的小型固定流化床催化裂化装置进行工艺实验,测定了不同催化剂在相同操作条件下的产品收率。结果表明:试样中加入适量的稀释剂和复合表面活性剂可调整石油分散体系的活化状态,可使催化裂化反应的干气产率降低2.5%~3.0%,焦炭降低1.5%~2.5%。液化气收率提高2.5%~3.5%,汽油收率提高2.5%~3.5%,柴油收率降低0.3%~1.0%。

In this article, petroleum disperse system is applied to researchth e changeable situation of solidifying point, refractive index and conductance of the samples when a certain amount of thinner and three kinds of compound surfac tants with different HLB values are added into the samples of Daqing crude m ix es with 26% of Liaohe residue. The results indicate that number one, number two and number three surfactant have the active effect on the system. When the quant ity of the thinner and the compound surfactants are 1%and 1‰ respectively, the solidifying point, refractive index and conductance of the sample are the minim um, that is, the system is just in the active state. Then the sample as the feed stock was put int o catalytic cracking react operator of reconstructed mini fluid fixed bed when temperature is 500 ℃, feedstock is 13.5~14.5 g, catal yst/oil ratio is 6, LHSV is 20 h-1, reaction pressure is normal. The intensif ied fu nctions have been determined by measuring the yield of products with different c atalyst under various operation conditions. The results show that a certain amou nt of the thinner and the compound surfactants can change the dispersion degree of the petroleum disperse system. The results of FCC indicate that dry gas decre ase 2.5% to 3.5%, coke yields decrease 1.5% to 2.5%, LPG yield increase 2.5% to 3.5%, gasoline yield increase 2.5% to 3.5%, diesel oil decrease 0.3% to 1.0% i n the active state.
