CCKB-R%Anorexia
目的 探讨胆囊收缩素受体CCKB-R mRNA在幼龄厌食大鼠结肠平滑肌细胞中的表达及加减益胃汤对其表达的影响.方法 借助特制饲料喂养幼龄厌食大鼠模型,采用RT-PCR技术检测CCKB-R在幼龄厌食大鼠结肠平滑肌细胞中的表达,并观察加减益胃汤对该模型CCKB-R表达的影响.结果 正常大鼠结肠平滑肌细胞中CCKB-R有低水平表达,特制饲料喂养造模后其表达水平异常增高,与空白对照组比较有极显著的统计学意义(P<0.001);加减益胃汤高、中、低剂量组均能显著抑制或下调CCKB-R的高表达,且有一定的量-效趋势.结论 CCKB-R基因高表达可能是厌食发生的主要病理环节之一,抑制或下调CCKB-R基因表达可能是加减益胃汤治疗厌食症的主要作用靶点之一.

목적 탐토담낭수축소수체CCKB-R mRNA재유령염식대서결장평활기세포중적표체급가감익위탕대기표체적영향.방법 차조특제사료위양유령염식대서모형,채용RT-PCR기술검측CCKB-R재유령염식대서결장평활기세포중적표체,병관찰가감익위탕대해모형CCKB-R표체적영향.결과 정상대서결장평활기세포중CCKB-R유저수평표체,특제사료위양조모후기표체수평이상증고,여공백대조조비교유겁현저적통계학의의(P<0.001);가감익위탕고、중、저제량조균능현저억제혹하조CCKB-R적고표체,차유일정적량-효추세.결론 CCKB-R기인고표체가능시염식발생적주요병리배절지일,억제혹하조CCKB-R기인표체가능시가감익위탕치료염식증적주요작용파점지일.
Objective To investigate the expression of CCKB-R mRNA in colon smooth muscle cells of the anorexia pedo-rats,and the effect of modified Yi Wei Decoction on it.Methods The anorexia rat model was establisbed by feeding rats with specially prepared forage.The expression of CCKB-R mRNA in colon smooth muscle cells of the anorexia pedo-rats was examined by RT-PCR,and the effect of modified Yiwei decoction on it was observed.Results Compared with blank control,the expression of CCKB-R mRNA in anorexia rats was significantly increased (P<0.001).Highdosage,middledosage or lowdosage of Yiwei decoction all could obviously decrease the expression of CCKB-R mRNA as compared with model group(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of CCKB-R mRNA can be obviously increased in colon smooth muscle cells of the anorexia pedo-rats,which is one of the mechanisms of anorexia.Modified Yiwei decoction can decrease the expression of CCKB-R mRNA in colon smooth muscle cells of the anorexia rats.
