固定床厌氧反应器(anaerobic pecked-bed reactor)有效容积为20 L,以猪粪尿为处理对象,整个厌氧发酵过程持续55 d,按照进水COD_(Cr)浓度和水力停留时间将整个实验划分为10个阶段,监测了每一个阶段中厌氧发酵料液内的营养指标变化.结果表明:在控制环境温度的情况下,料液pH有变化,但整体变化不大;从发酵初期到后期阶段,随着进水COD_(Cr)浓度的增加,料液内各项物质营养增加.经处理后的沼肥可用作农业有机肥料施用,肥效在处理的第35天,即进水COD_(Cr)为40 000 mg/L时的发酵料液利用效果最佳.

The effective volume of anaerobic peeked-bed reactor is 20 L, taking pig manure as experimental material,and the process of anaerobic fermentation was 55 days.The fermentation process was divided into 10 stages according to hydraulic retention time and the concentration of raw water COD_(Cr) and the changes of nutrition index of anaerobic fermented liquid in each fermented stage were monitored.The results showed that while environmental temperature was controlled,the pH of fermented liquid changed within the specffic limit,but did not changed much generally;during whole fermentation process,the nutrition index of fermented liquid increased with increasing concentration of raw water COD_(Cr). The treated biogas fertilizer can be used as organic fertilizer applied in agriculture and the best fertilizer effect was in the 35th day,when concentration of raw water COD_(Cr) was 40 000 mg/L.
