航迹关联是分布式多平台数据融合系统中的一项关键技术,在民用空管系统、军用战场态势估计方面都有重要的应用.本文提出基于最小二乘法的K近邻域统计关联算法,用最小二乘法拟合航迹曲线,通过极大似然值来判断航迹是否关联.仿真实验表明这种算法在没有状态估计协方差的情况下是可行的.

Track correlation is a key technique in distributed multi-platform data fusion system, and it has important application in aspects of civil aviation management and situation and threat assessment. In this paper, a method of Least Mean Square is proposed based on traditional K-Nearest Neighbor track correlation algorithm. We create track curve with Least Mean Square, then judge if the tracks are correlated through the Maximum likelihood. The simulation results show this new algorithm is feasible.
