Yoga is a nationwide body-building sports project, it does not in practice limited by the timing, venue and number, it will not only build stronger bodies, and can eliminate fatigue and tension depression and other negative emotions, is a very good sports on the body. Practitioner to select exercises depending on their content, of efficient training value significance it was one of the sport, this article through the literature, interviews and other methods of analysis of the effectiveness of Yoga training on physiological function of human body.
