教态素养是大学教师应当具备但却常为人们所忽视的一种重要的素养。大学教师的教态素养包括语言表达能力、体语艺术的表现能力、情感的调控能力、教态认知能力及创新能力。当前大学教师的教态素养存在诸多问题,提出大学教师教态素养的构成与特性,探讨大学教师教态素养的养成目标与途径。
教態素養是大學教師應噹具備但卻常為人們所忽視的一種重要的素養。大學教師的教態素養包括語言錶達能力、體語藝術的錶現能力、情感的調控能力、教態認知能力及創新能力。噹前大學教師的教態素養存在諸多問題,提齣大學教師教態素養的構成與特性,探討大學教師教態素養的養成目標與途徑。

Teaching Posture Accomplishment is often ignored by university teachers.University teachers' teaching posture accomplishment?criteria includes language skills,effective body language?abilities,adjusting and controlling capacities of teaching posture emotion,teaching posture cognitive abilities and innovative capabilities.Based on teaching posture problems of our current university teachers',we propose to?undertake a detailed study?on the aims and means of?university teachers' teaching posture accomplishment through?exploring Composition and Characteristics in particular.
