The new developed self-circulation heat exchange technology of chlorination reaction material in and out of the reactor is introduced in chloroparaffens-52 production by adopting photo-catalytic chlorination process,which is in accordance with gas-liquid motion rule in hollow bubbling reactor with good mass transfer and heat exchanging efficiency;compared with common forced material of external circulation heat exchange technology,that there is no need to have a circulating pump in it made with material of polytetrafluoroethylene,therefore this new technology possesses the advantages of saving investment and maintenance cost as well as reducing power consumption.
