[目的]研究黑果枸杞种子在不同浓度NaCl溶液中的萌发情况,并探明黑果枸杞萌发的最适NaCl浓度.[方法]用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对黑果枸杞种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定种子的萌发情况.[结果]随着浓度的增大,黑果枸杞种子萌发的数目逐渐增多,在NaCl浓度为0.3%~0.4%之间时黑果枸杞种子的萌发情况最好,随后随着浓度的增大萌发数逐渐减少.[结论]生产实践中,播种前对种子进行适当的NaCl胁迫处理,可能会提高种子的萌发率或成活率.

[목적]연구흑과구기충자재불동농도NaCl용액중적맹발정황,병탐명흑과구기맹발적최괄NaCl농도.[방법]용불동농도적NaCl용액대흑과구기충자진행염협박처리,측정충자적맹발정황.[결과]수착농도적증대,흑과구기충자맹발적수목축점증다,재NaCl농도위0.3%~0.4%지간시흑과구기충자적맹발정황최호,수후수착농도적증대맹발수축점감소.[결론]생산실천중,파충전대충자진행괄당적NaCl협박처리,가능회제고충자적맹발솔혹성활솔.
[Objective]To study the seeds germination of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. under different concentrations of NaCl, as well as to find the optimal concentration of NaCl for the germination of L. ruthenicum. [Method]The seeds of L. ruthenicum were treated with different concentrations of NaCl, and the state of seed germination was measured. [Result] With the increasing of concentration of NaCl, the seed germination rate of L. ruthenicum showed an obvious increasing trend. when the concentration was of 0.3%-0.4 %, the germination rate was the highest, and when the concentration of NaCl was greater than 0.4, the germination rate showed a decline trend. [Conclusion]After treated with appropriate concentrations of NaCl before sowing, the germination rate of seeds of L. ruthenicum would increase.
