采用一次加料法制备了含氢聚硅氧烷(PHMS)/丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/丙烯酰胺(AM)复合聚合物乳液,考察了PHMS、AM、引发剂用量及温度对聚合反应动力学及乳液粒径大小的影响。发现该聚合反应Rp∝[PHMS]-1.228[AM]0.488[I]0.820,Ea=164.20 kJ/mol;PHMS用量增加,乳液粒径增大;AM用量对其影响较小;引发剂用量增加、温度升高使乳液粒径变小。

The composite emulsion of hydrogen-containing polymethylsiloxane/butylacrylate/acrylamide was prepared by batch.The effects of the dosage of PHMS,AM,APS and temperature on the rate of polymerization and the size of the particle were studied.The kinetic equation was established as Rp∝[PHMS]-1.228[AM]0.488[APS]0.820,Ea=164.20 kJ/mol.The particle size of the emulsion increased with the increase of PHMS content,and the effect of AM content on the particle size was small;the increase of initiator content and temperature raising decreased the particle size of the emulsion.
