对烤烟不同施硫量进行了试验,试验结果表明,烤烟施硫量在4.50～9.00g/m2:较适宜.其中施硫量以4.50～7.50 g/m2最适宜,烟株长势最好,烘烤后烟叶颜色桔黄、结构疏松、油分充足.施硫量为13.50 g/m2、15.00 g/m2时,叶片较硬碎,上等烟比例下降,手感和外观质量低劣,明显影响烤烟的产质量.

Tbe experiment upon cured tobacco, with the application of sulfur fertilizer in its different quantity, shows that the appropriate proportion of sulfur fertilizer is between 4.50 g/m2 to 9.00 g/m2, of which 4.50 g/m2, 6.00 g/m2 and 7.50 g/m2 are the most appropriate proportions; the plant grows best then, the tobacco leaf, being baked, shows a yellow-orange color and a fine soft texture and looks oily enough. Whereas it apparently deteriorates the yield and quality of the tobacco, showing hardened and fragile leaves, a drop of its ratio of the top class leaves, a worsened feel and poor looks when 13.50 g/m2 and 15.00 g/m2 of the fertilizer is applied.
