本文对采自新疆乌恰县的阿魏菇菌丝生长特性进行初步实验,结果表明,在试验范围内阿魏菇菌丝体最适碳源为蔗糖和淀粉,最适氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏;最适温度为27 ℃;培养基最适含水量为64%;最适pH为7;菌丝在黑暗条件下生长良好;适宜的CO2浓度可刺激菌丝的生长.

본문대채자신강오흡현적아위고균사생장특성진행초보실험,결과표명,재시험범위내아위고균사체최괄탄원위자당화정분,최괄담원위단백동화효모고;최괄온도위27 ℃;배양기최괄함수량위64%;최괄pH위7;균사재흑암조건하생장량호;괄의적CO2농도가자격균사적생장.
Fastest growth of Pleurotus ferulae mycelium was recorded at 27 ℃ on media adjusted to pH 7.0 and a moisture content of 64%, containing either sucrose or starch as carbon sources, either peptone or yeast extract as nitrogen sources, and in the absence of illumination. Mycelial growth was further enhanced when the CO2 concentration in the surrounding atmosphere was increased within in a certain range.
