目的 :观察复方壁虎藤梨根对肝癌细胞的抑制作用.方法 :采用体外抗肿瘤药物筛选的SRB法,考察壁虎粉、藤梨根及其复方对肝癌细胞的抑制作用.结果 :在体外试验中,壁虎粉、藤梨根及复方壁虎藤梨根均对肝癌细胞表现出一定的生长抑制作用,在相同的条件下,复方壁虎藤梨根的抑制效果均要优于单独的壁虎粉和藤梨根.在体内的抗肿瘤药效评价中,复方壁虎藤梨根能有效抑制肿瘤生长,瘤重与肿瘤对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05),肿瘤抑制率可达37.9%,且对荷瘤小鼠体重无任何影响.结论 :复方壁虎藤梨根在体外及体内的抗肝癌实验中均表现出明显的抑瘤作用.

목적 :관찰복방벽호등리근대간암세포적억제작용.방법 :채용체외항종류약물사선적SRB법,고찰벽호분、등리근급기복방대간암세포적억제작용.결과 :재체외시험중,벽호분、등리근급복방벽호등리근균대간암세포표현출일정적생장억제작용,재상동적조건하,복방벽호등리근적억제효과균요우우단독적벽호분화등리근.재체내적항종류약효평개중,복방벽호등리근능유효억제종류생장,류중여종류대조조비교명현강저(P<0.05),종류억제솔가체37.9%,차대하류소서체중무임하영향.결론 :복방벽호등리근재체외급체내적항간암실험중균표현출명현적억류작용.
Objective To explore the anti-tumor effect of the Compound Gecko-Tengligen in human liver cancer cells. Methods The SRB method was employed to investigate the inhibitory effects of Gecko, Tengligen alone and their complex on the human liver cancer cells. Moreover, in order to determine the anti-tumor effect in vivo of this compound, the experiment in mice was carried out. Results In the in-vitro and in-vivo anti-liver cancer experiments, the Gecko-Tengligen Complex showed significant anti-tumor effect. In the in-vitro test, Gecko, Tengligen and their complex had the growth-inhibition effect on human liver cancer cells. Moreover, under the same conditions, the Compound Gecko-Tengligen had higher inhibitory rate than the Gecko and Tengligen alone. In the in-vivo antitumor experiment, the Compound Gecko-Tengligen could effectively inhibit the tumor growth, and the tumor mass weight decreased significantly as compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The tumor inhibitory rate in Compound Gecko-Tengligen group was up to 37.9 % and Compound Gecko-Tengligen had no effect on the mice body weight. Conclusion Compound Gecko-Tengligen has obvious anti-tumor effect and low toxicity for liver cancer.
