目的 在疑难配血中建立一种自动化、快速、准确的供血者标本血型抗原筛查方法.方法 使用自动加样快速微孔板法对188个供血者全血标本进行C、e、M、Fya、Jka抗原检测,同时使用手工试管法进行平行实验;记录并对比上述两种方法筛查总过程使用的时间,筛查出的供者标本数.用微板法和试管法对抗-C、抗-e、抗-M、抗-Fya、抗-Jka试剂进行抗体效价测定.结果 微孔板法、试管法均筛查出相同血型抗原阴性供者,微孔板筛查所需要的总时间较短.效价测定显示微板法灵敏度与手工试管法相同.结论 微孔板法在疑难配血中筛查特定抗原阴性的供者,具有快速、准确的效果.

Objective To establish a rapid, automatic and accurate method for screening the blood-group antigens in blood donors whose cross-match test are complicated. Methods The blood-group antigens of C ,e, M, Fya and Jka were determined by the automatic sampling microplate assay and test tube method parallelly in 188 blood donors, which the execution time and the number of suitable donors were recorded respectively. Meanwhile, the titers of anti-C, anti-e, anti-M, anti-Fya and anti-Jka antibodies were detected by those methods above-mentioned. Results The same blood donors with negative antigens could be identified through microplate assay and tube test method in both, but the forward method was more rapid. Moreover, the titrations of antibodies were consistent in microplate assay and tube test method. Conclusions We could consider that automatic sampling microplate assay is a rapid,accurate and available method for screening the blood-group antigens in blood donors' specimens whose cross-match test are complicated.
