通过对两组学生进行前后2次职业决策自我效能的测量，发现大学生职业规划团体辅导在自我评价和选择目标维度上有统计意义的改变，而在收集信息、制定规划、问题解决的维度上没有变化，据此，本研究在活动方式、辅导时间、人员选择，及具体实施细节上提出了改进办法，完善了团体辅导方案。

통과대량조학생진행전후2차직업결책자아효능적측량，발현대학생직업규화단체보도재자아평개화선택목표유도상유통계의의적개변，이재수집신식、제정규화、문제해결적유도상몰유변화，거차，본연구재활동방식、보도시간、인원선택，급구체실시세절상제출료개진판법，완선료단체보도방안。
By the two times measurement before and after of the career decision-making self-efficacy between two groups of students , we could find that there are changes of statistically significant in the dimensionality of self-evaluation and choosing target, which in the group of career planning guidance for university students, and there is no change in the dimensionality of collecting information, planning and problem solving. accordingly, this study puts forward the improvement measures in activity ways, counseling time, personnel selection and the specific details of the implementation in order to improve the group guidance scheme.
