研究了华南虎虎毛中微量元素的分析方法,通过MARS-5微波消解系统快速消解虎毛样品,利用端视电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测试其中Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe等十三种微量元素的含量,各元素回收率在85%到110%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%.本工作为虎类研究提供了方便准确的测试方法,为评价动物生长发育和健康状况提供了简单快捷的途径.

An analytical method was established for the determination of trace elements in the hair of panthera tigris amoyensis. After the digestion with MARS-5 microwave system, thirteen elements in the hair samples were detected by axially viewed ICP-AES. Experimental results showed that the recoveries were in the range of 85%~110%, with the relative standard deviations less than 5%. The work provides a convenient and reliable analytical method for the animal studies, and also a reference basis for further studying the relation of the trace elements with the animal health.
