采用微小流量阀及控制技术.结合位置保持换向阀,改造了传统的恒定载荷轴承强化寿命试验机,确立了相应的状态检测参数,开发了自动加载轴承强化寿命试验机测控系统,提出了适合于轴承强化寿命试验的间隙控制与连续控制相结合的控制策略及变参数快速PID调节方法;研发了试验系统的状态参数检测与控制的PLC软件和基于PPI协议的虚拟仪器监控软件;试验结果表明测控系统具快速相应控制的特性,且控制精度优于2%.
採用微小流量閥及控製技術.結閤位置保持換嚮閥,改造瞭傳統的恆定載荷軸承彊化壽命試驗機,確立瞭相應的狀態檢測參數,開髮瞭自動加載軸承彊化壽命試驗機測控繫統,提齣瞭適閤于軸承彊化壽命試驗的間隙控製與連續控製相結閤的控製策略及變參數快速PID調節方法;研髮瞭試驗繫統的狀態參數檢測與控製的PLC軟件和基于PPI協議的虛擬儀器鑑控軟件;試驗結果錶明測控繫統具快速相應控製的特性,且控製精度優于2%.

The accelerated bearing life tester modified with micro-flow control valve and position holding directional control vlave is presented. The parameters of the bearing life testing are decided and the measuring and controlling system of the accelerated bearing life tester is developed. The control method of continuity and discontinuity applying to bearing life tester and adjusted parameter PID control is given. The software applying to the accelerated bearing life tester system based on PLC and NI monitor software based on PPI protocol are developed. The result shows that this system has features of 2% control precision and fast-response control.
