目的:提高透明质酸的纯度.方法:研究了絮凝预处理发酵液对醇沉法提取透明质酸的影响,并通过正交试验对预处理条件进行了优化.结果:明矾可作为最佳絮凝剂,正交实验最佳絮凝条件为:絮凝剂添加量1 000mg/L、絮凝温度30℃、絮凝转速60r/min、絮凝时间20min.在该条件下处理的HA发酵液相对于未经过处理的对照组,菌体去除率可提高42.6%,蛋白去除率可提高5.9%.

목적:제고투명질산적순도.방법:연구료서응예처리발효액대순침법제취투명질산적영향,병통과정교시험대예처리조건진행료우화.결과:명반가작위최가서응제,정교실험최가서응조건위:서응제첨가량1 000mg/L、서응온도30℃、서응전속60r/min、서응시간20min.재해조건하처리적HA발효액상대우미경과처리적대조조,균체거제솔가제고42.6%,단백거제솔가제고5.9%.
Objective:Taking the improvement of the purity. Method:The effect of purification of Hyaluronic acid from broth by ethanol precipitation method was investigated by pretreating the broth using flocculants, and the factors were optimized by the orthogonal method. Result: Alum is the best flocculants. The best flocculating condition is got by orthogonal experiment. A conclusion could be got that the removal rate of cell could be improved by 42.6% and The removal rate of protein could be improved by 5.9% under the condition of addition 1000 mg/L, temperature 30℃, flocculating speed 60r/min and flocculating time 20min.
