为了了解渗透物质与油菜抗寒能力的关系,本研究以2个白菜型冬油菜陇油6号和天油4号为试验材料,通过冷冻处理,对油菜根部相对电导率和叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)等一系列生理生化指标进行了检测.结果表明,陇油6号(DQW-1)的抗寒能力强于天油4号,陇油6号和天油4号的SOD和CAT活性、可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量随着温度的降低均呈现出先上升后下降的变化规律.低温下耐寒性强的陇油6号能保持较高的SOD酶活性、CAT酶活性、可溶性蛋白和较低的MDA含量.因此,SOD和CAT活性、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量在一定程度上能反映白菜型冬油菜的抗寒性.

In this paper,a series of biochemical and physiological indexes,such as electrolyte leakage,superoxide dimutase (SOD) activity,catalase (CAT) activity,soluble protein contents and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents,in the roots of two winter turnip rape (Brassica campetris) were examined in order to study the relationship between osmoticum and cold resistance of Brassica.The results showed that cold resistance of DQW-1 was stronger than that of Tianyou No.4,The SOD and CAT activities,soluble protein content and MDA content presented up-down trend with the decrease of temperature.DQW-1 with stronger cold resistance under low temperature showed higher SOD and CAT activities,higher solutble protein content,and lower MDA content.Therefore,the activities of SOD and CAT,soluble protein content and MDA content maybe reflect the cold resistant of winter turnip rape in some degree.
