采用酸碱消煮法对10种花粉中粗纤维的含量进行测定。结果表明,在10种花粉中,马尾松花粉的粗纤维含量最高,为36.15名(干重);其他9种蜂花粉中粗纤维的含量较小且差别不大,以山楂花粉含量最低,为5.03%(干重)。此结果为进一步研究花粉中的化学成分以及花粉的食用、深加工等提供基础数据。
採用痠堿消煮法對10種花粉中粗纖維的含量進行測定。結果錶明,在10種花粉中,馬尾鬆花粉的粗纖維含量最高,為36.15名(榦重);其他9種蜂花粉中粗纖維的含量較小且差彆不大,以山楂花粉含量最低,為5.03%(榦重)。此結果為進一步研究花粉中的化學成分以及花粉的食用、深加工等提供基礎數據。

The contents of the crude fiber in ten dif- ferent kinds of pollen were determined by acid and alkaline digestion. The results showed that the content of crude fiber in masson pine pollen is the highest. about 36.15%( dry weight).There was little difference among the other nine kinds of bee pollen and the content of crude fiber in hawthorn pollen is the lowest, about 5.03%( dry weight). The results provide basic data for further study of the chemical composition in the pollen and its deep processing.
