室温环境(22±1℃)下研究了不同实验条件下钠活化膨润土去除水溶液中Ni2+和Co2+的能力。所研究的参数为固液比及其溶液阳离子初始浓度,实验包括了膨润土在Ni2+、Co2+不同浓度溶液中分别对Ni和Co的反应。结果表明,膨润土很容易吸附2种金属,但是对Ni表现出了更高的吸附性。对溶液中2种金属离子吸附的协同或抑制作用取决于离子初始浓度,当重金属初始浓度超过膨润土对阳离子交换吸附能力(CEC)时出现过吸附。

실온배경(22±1℃)하연구료불동실험조건하납활화팽윤토거제수용액중Ni2+화Co2+적능력。소연구적삼수위고액비급기용액양리자초시농도,실험포괄료팽윤토재Ni2+、Co2+불동농도용액중분별대Ni화Co적반응。결과표명,팽윤토흔용역흡부2충금속,단시대Ni표현출료경고적흡부성。대용액중2충금속리자흡부적협동혹억제작용취결우리자초시농도,당중금속초시농도초과팽윤토대양리자교환흡부능력(CEC)시출현과흡부。
The ability of Na-activated bentonite to remove Ni2+and Co2+from aqueous solutions at room temperature(22±1 ℃) was studied under various experimental conditions.The parameters studied were solid-to-liquid ratios and initial cation concentrations.Experiments involved the reaction of bentonite to Ni and Co separately when Ni2+ and Co2+ with different concentrations and ratios in the solution.The results showed that bentonite can absorpt both metals easily,but higher to Ni.Over-exchange appeared when initial metal concentration exceeds the concentration corresponding to the cation exchange capacity(CEC) of bentonite.Synergistic effect and inhibition of adsorption to two metals depend on initial concentration of ion.
