目的探讨男性甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者性激素水平的变化及其临床意义.方法用放射免疫分析法检测甲亢患者(n=60)性激素和甲状腺激素水平,并与正常对照组(n=34)进行比较分析.结果甲亢患者与对照组血清血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)含量明显增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);甲亢治疗前T、E2、LH、E2/T明显增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);他巴唑治疗3个月后甲状腺激素降至正常,T、E2、LH、E2/T下降,性功能障碍也逐渐恢复正常.结论男性甲亢患者出现性功能障碍,随着甲亢症状控制和甲状腺功能正常,患者性功能障碍也逐渐恢复正常.

Objective To investigate the changes of sex hormones level in male patients with hyperthy-roidism and its clinical significance. Methods Using radioimmunoassay method to test the levels of sex hormones and thyroid hormone, contrast them with normal control group. Results The levels of T, E2,LH were obviously increased in patients with hyperthyroidism, and it had significant discrimination con-trasted with control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ; The levels of T, E2, LH, E2/T in patients before therapy were significant increased, it had significant discrimination contrasted with control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ; Three months after tapazole treatment, the thyroid hormone decreased to normal, and the levels of T, E2, LH, E2/T decreased,the sexual dysfunction gradually resumed to normal. Conclusion Male patients with hyper-thyroidism could have sexual dysfunction, with the control of hyperthyroidism symptoms and resume of thyroid function, the sexual dysfunction could gradually resumed to normal.
