目的 研究雌二醇对睾丸组织生长发育的影响及作用机理。方法 以雄性幼年SD 大鼠为对象,设实验组和对照组,实验组大鼠皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇 (E2B,0.04 mg /g体重),于注药后第14、28、42、56天取材。行睾丸重量测定、组织病理学观察和凝集素(C onA,GS-I,PNA,SBA和DBA)组织化学实验。结果 实验组睾丸重量(1×10-2 g)14 d为3.31±0.47,28 d为4.45±0.64,42 d为6.38±0.55,56 d为6.41±0.81,均明显小于对照组(14.47±1.20、21.95±7.72、95.43±1.62、107.7 6±1.24,P<0.01);与对照组相比,实验组睾丸生长发育停滞并出现明显病理学改变,对凝集素的反应减弱。结论 雌二醇对大鼠睾丸组织生长发育有明显的损害作用。

Objective To study the effects of estroge ns on the growth and development of rat testis and the mechanism. Methods SD infant male rats were divided into control gro up and experimental group. In the experimental group, the rats received subcutan eous injection of estradiol benzoate (0.04 mg/g body weight) ant the specimens w ere harvested at the day 14,28,42 and 56 after administration. The weights of th e testis were measured, the morphological changes of the testis were observed an d the tissue was stained with 5 biotinylated-lectins (ConA, GS-I, PNA, SBA and DBA) for light microscopy. Results In the experimental group, the weights (1×10 -2 g) of the rats' testis was 3.31±0.47 at the day 14, 4.45±0.64 at the da y 28, 6.38±0.55 at the day 42 and 6.41±0.81 at the day 56, all significantly l ighter than in the control group (14.47±1.20, 21.95±7.72, 95.43±1.62, 107.76 ±1.24, respectively, P<0.01). As compared with control group, the grow th and development of the testis in the experimental group were retarded and obv ious pathological changes occurred, and its response to all the lectins was decr eased in the testis. Conclusion Estradiol benzoate could obviously inhibit the growth and development of rat testis.
