本文采用免疫转印技术测定了临床诊断为热行性出血热(EHF)的现症患者76例和随访患者13例血清中针对特异性病毒多肽成份的Ig臼抗体.结果表明,抗P68和抗P66抗体是机体感染EHF病毒后产生的主要特异性IgG抗体,并对这些抗体的动态变化、持续时间以及与临床病型的关系等问题进行了观察和讨论.

IgG antibody against the specifio polypeptides of epidemio hemorrhagio fever(EHF) virus was deteoted with the immunoblotting teohnique in 108 sera of patients with EHF (from 2 to 40 days after onset)and 13 sera from those of follow-up oases(from 83 days to 16 years).It was found that antibodies against the two polypeptides about 68 and 66 Kd of EHF virus were the main specific IgG antibodies produoed by host during EHF virus Infection.These antibodies were detectably assayed at the third ill-day.At the 17 to 19 days after onset,the titer of anti-p68 and anti-p66 antibodies reached their peaks 1:5583.40 and 1:2560.00 respectively(geometrio mean titer), and then tended to deoline.However.the titer of anti:-p68 and anti-p66 antibodies in serum from one case after.16 years were 1:160 and 1:80 respeotively.The above results showed that the deteotion of anti-p66 and anti-p66 antibodies could be applied to the diagnosis and epidemiologic study of EHF.
