目的探讨医院等级评审中护理资料规范化管理的方法,促进医院等级评审准备过程中护理管理、护理质量与护理安全的快速达标,探讨评审后的持续改进策略.方法回顾分析我院护理部在医院创建“三级甲等综合医院”过程中护理资料的收集、整理、分类、评价、利用与归档方法,总结医院等级评审中护理资料的规范化管理策略,评价效果.结果我院护理工作获得专家的一致好评.结论在医院等级评审准备过程中,系统收集、整理、分类护理资料,做好资料评价、利用与归档,有利于展示医院评审周期内护理管理、护理质量及安全的全貌,有利于理顺和规范护理管理,促进护理管理、护理质量及安全的达标及持续改进.

Objective To explore standardized management of nursing materials in hospital grade accreditation,and improve the standards,nursing quality,safety and continuing improvement management measures.Methods The methods of collection,sorting,classification,evaluation,use and filing for nursing data that came from during our hospital creating " Class -A Grade Three comprehensive hospital" were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the measure of standardized management and evaluate the effects. Results Nursing work of our hospital got expert's consistent high praise. Conclusions The systematic collection,sorting,classification,evaluation,use and filing for nursing materials is helpful for display the whole panorama of nursing quality and safety during the cycles of preparation process of hospital grade accreditation,and can improve standardized nursing management,nursing quality and safety.
