在研究现有横磁通永磁电机结构的基础上,提出一种新型横磁通永磁风力发电机设计,其高转矩密度、低速、无刷化的特点非常适宜在直驱式风力发电系统应用。发电机整体由多模块组合而成,每个模块采用组合式定子结构可以降低加工难度,聚磁式转子设计显著提高了每极磁通。该电机各相之间实现了电磁和结构的双重解耦,设计自由度大,在综合考虑转矩密度和漏磁比例的基础上确定了电机的主要尺寸。通过三维有限元法进行了样机的磁场分析和性能计算,研究表明横磁通永磁发电机的输出电压调整率比传统永磁同步发电机小,输出电压的稳定度高。样机实验与计算结果基本吻合,验证了设计方法的正确性。

Particular interest was presently focused on transverse flux permanent magnet generator(TFPMG) for the high torque density and high efficiency at low speed,which made it suitable for direct-driven wind energy conversion systems.A novel TFPMG with flux concentrating pole pieces and lamination assembling stators was proposed in this paper,which guarantees the reduced structural complexity and thus manufacturing cost for large wind power unites.As the magnetic circuit and armature winding designs was decoupled,the set of current and magnetic loading was more flexible than that of conventional machines.The electromagnetic torque density and flux leakage were the crucial factors which have to be considered in the design procedure.The theoretical analysis was verified by finite element analysis and prototype test results.
