文章以高比表面积椰壳炭为载体,通过超声浸渍、吸附、还原等过程,制备了钯粒子均匀分布、粒径人小为1-2nm的Pd/C催化剂。以该负载催化剂催化的卤代芳烃和苯乙烯的Heck偶联反应,无需配体参与,无需无水无氧的苛刻条件,月.催化剂能多次重复使用性能无明显下降。

Nanoparticle Pd/C catalysts with the size of palladium particles about 1-2 nnt supported on high specific surface cocoanut activated carbons have been prepared by the ultrasound- impregnation method and reduced by hydrazine hydrate. The catalysts have been applied in Heck reaction of halobenzene with styrene, which was found that the Heck reaction can be completed without any ligands and rigorous conditions such as anhydrous and oxygen-free conditions. Moreover, the catalysts can be reused repeatedly several times without significant decline in performance.
