In recent years,the construction of radio and television center across all the cities and counties in our country enters to a peak period,however,building large Radio and Television Center needs high technology,Involves in wide professional and has difficulties in construction.Since most radio and television technicians have no experience,how to make the plan is particularly urgent.In this paper,From the actual conditions of county-level television,according to the planning and design experience of MSC station,and Closely around the radio and television center process design,we explain many aspects from the basic principles and key of the design process,in order to give a useful reference for construction of the center of the radio and television.
