称重传感器已进入数字时代,数字称重传感器高速发展,各种新技术应用层出不穷。宁波柯力电气制造有限公司(以下简称“柯力公司”)通过大量实验,获取不同量程、不同结构模拟传感器的零点和弹性模量随温度变化的数据,建立数学补偿模型,通过软件补偿系数对输出数值进行连续补偿修正,对原有传感器的零点温度、灵敏度温度模拟补偿原理创新变革,本文所描述的新型数字称重传感器采用软件补偿算法,取消零点温度补偿电阻和灵敏度温度补偿片,用零点温度补偿、灵敏度温度补偿算法替代,可极大的简化模拟部分的设计。
